Dear Clients,

This is a reminder to all Reseller Hosting Clients about our Backup Policy which was updated on 6th Aug 2017.

It states that -

Any account consuming space more than 1GB will not be backed up at all. Respective User/reseller is responsible for backup of such accounts.

Kindly check if your accounts falls in any of the above mentioned criteria.
